Shelley was super responsive to all questions and concerns, and had our full trust. The mark of a professional company is not when things go to plan, it is how they respond when the unexpected happens. Our natural stone bench cracked within hours of going in (nobody's fault, just bad luck!) Shelley and the stone mason took the stress out of an unfortunate situation and had the matter resolved and the entire job still finished on time.
