Peter O’Neill was our designer and project manager for our recent kitchen renovation. We had spoken to other kitchen renovation companies before deciding on Renovation Capital but none had provided the professionalism or attention to detail as Peter did.

Peter really listened to our ideas and the vision for the project and offered some amazing solutions to bringing our new kitchen to life. The costing for our project was fair and transparent so we had no hesitation in moving forward with our kitchen renovation.

We met with Peter both in his office and onsite to run through the design concept and make sure no detail was overlooked. He liaised with us often before the project commenced and then went above and beyond during the project to ensure the new kitchen was tracking on time. We should note we also added new flooring, changes to doorways and new windows which Renovation Capital oversaw for us and all of this was handled very neatly and in a timely manner. Peter was either on the phone or onsite every other day to check in with us and on the progress. If there was ever a problem, Peter identified it first and came to us with solutions to take any stress out of the situation. Our project was big so we weren’t living in the house during our renovation but Peter and the trades were respectful of our house in our absence with security being a top priority too. For this we were also very grateful.

We have renovated previously and built new prior to this renovation and I can honestly say our experience with Peter and Renovation Capital has been one of the best ever. Everyone who worked on our project was first class. I have never had such qualified and detailed trades do work for us and our amazing renovation outcome is testament to a brilliant design and trades who take pride in their work. I can’t speak highly enough of Peter, Renovation Capital and all the trades and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a seamless, no stress renovation of the highest quality.
